Coffee table with ceramics by Charles Emile Pinson, 1958. Materials: iron and ceramic.Decorative metal coffee table adorned with a ceramic piece by Charles Emile Pinson. It depicts a stylized bird in vibrant colors, with a long blue tail, surrounded by dark, stylized trees. A ceramicist, painter, and engraver, Pinson produced a diverse body of work. He notably created pieces for various buildings in France, such as the former Chamber of Commerce in Caen, the University of Caen, and the church in May-sur-Orne. This coffee table, likely of Belgian manufacture, is in very good condition. It does have some cracks – see photos.
