The Saffo table lamp was designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Artemide in 1967. It was named after the Greek lyric poet Sappho.
The aluminum base supports the mushroom shade in blown smoked Murano glass. The glass is mouth blown in two colors and in one piece. The Saffo lamp creates a fantastic ethereal light effect.
